來自Dillons Point子區域。在風乾的法國橡木桶中野生發酵，陳釀 14 個月。別樹一格既Sauvignon Blanc。它具有豐富、口感飽滿的質地，實實在在的果味深度，淡淡的蜂蜜🍯、油桃🍑、麝香黃楊和燕麥的味道，帶有淡淡的奶油味，並帶有令人垂涎的風味。

Aromas of white peach and soft-curve grapefruit pith, white fleshed orchard fruits, a distinctive lees complexity and a whisper of bottle ageing create a harmonious and alluring bouquet. There’s a touch of sage too. On the palate a delicious wine with synergies of texture and flavour, grapefruit and lees, white flowers and black currant, other flavours from barrel ageing and a purity of fruit all build up to a wine of complexity and subtle bottle-development. A wine to watch, a modern expression with a lengthy and intriguing finish. Best drinking from late 2023 through 2029. Outstanding.
