Intense nose of almond, nougat, peach, pineapple and tarte tatin. Round, rich and creamy, with fine bubbles and plenty of pastry and nougat character. Nutty and generous, yet it remains fresh. Relatively dry. 75% chardonnay and 25% pinot noir. Drink now.

Falstaff 93 pts

Bright greenish yellow with silver reflections. Intense lavender flowers, honey and chamomile on the nose. Fresh and enveloping on the palate, with hints of candied citrus fruit and well-integrated carbon dioxide. Long, taut finish.
