人工的方式進行葡萄採摘、人工篩選葡萄。釀造白葡萄先將葡萄進行整串壓榨，再置入20%~50%新法國橡木桶中發酵，發酵結束後的葡萄酒留於橡木桶中陳釀12個月，最後將葡萄酒轉入酒槽內熟成4個月

Younger vines from various parts of Meursault. Fine mid yellow, certainly an old-style buttery Meursault. Some good tension behind, in fact builds nicely and the toastiness gives grip rather than exaggerates. I like the finish which brings the wine back in to focus nicely.
